"I have no doubt we'll find a seat. Although, just how close do you want to be to the actual ceremony? The seats in front have probably been reserved," Drestakil said as he held open the doors for the two.

As he did so, he looked at the people streaming into the Abbey. He wondered, as he followed Cornish and Kristin, if any of his own family would be present. Surely they had received invitations. He felt odd not being with them, or escorting someone. But, why should that be? He and Sara Jane had attended one coronation that he could remember. Was it King Faheud's coronation...or Darien's? Ah, yes, the late King Darien. He remembered carrying one of the ceremonial swords to present.

He shook the cobwebs away and followed Cornish.

*i looked around near the rear of the abbey*

"Personally Dres, i think i'd be more than happy to sit near the rear, i don't know Cullan, or King Cullan, so there is no need for me to be near the front taking up seats of those who probably do...

*I made sure i still had Krissy's hand, and helped guide her along, amongst the throng of the crown*

"How is your family, i don't think i have seen them as yet?"

*I watched Dres, unsure if had even heard me as i was scanning the crowd around him*

Galrador
With the wedding ceremony over and having no role in the corononation, Galrador headed into the Abbey to look for a seat, attending the next ceremony. He handed over his sword to one of the servents in the cloakroom and headed towards the main hall. Spotting a few familiar faces in the crowd, he was unsure where to sit, or with whom. Spotting Amethise sitting by herself, he walked up to her and tapped her on the shoulder. Excuse me m'lady, but is this seat next to the "Mother of the Mercian Dragon" taken?

Fox sat down in a pew beside his wife, Harpege. They had traveled far and fast to reach this place. His clothes were light, in indication of the haste in which they made to get here in time. He thought he still might have sand in his boots from the Ottoman Empire and salt from the Mediterranean on his neck. Still, he was very pleased to be able to attend. As the Baron of Gresham, it was his pleasant duty.

He leaned over to Harpege and whispered, "I must confess, it's a treat to be present at a ceremony that is conducted in English..."

Then he sat back and waited for the kick which would surely follow.
Raella
Raella entered the Abbey alongside Elsbet and marveled at all the livery. She snatched off her dragon cap and stuffed it into her pocket.

When they arrived at where Alexandrya was seated, she shot the woman an excited smile and plopped herself down in a seat next to the ladies.

Thank you, young man, I believe we will find the way ...
The huge room seemed to be filled quickly both from the front and both behind. Slightly odd but very this day was a little unusual.
I think we're trying to get a place somewhere in the middle ladies ...

Pagan
Still oozing with smooth self-confidence and good humor, Pagan entered the Abbey via the cloakroom. She handed over her sword to a servant, jesting with the man in a way she experienced as charming and witty, but to the servant translated more like embarrassingly lame. He forced a chuckle out of him nonetheless, as was always a good policy when around the worthies of the realm.

Stripped of her hat and potentially lethal objects (excluding the flask containing potent but dubious liquid in her breast pocket) she carried on inside the church and spotted a familiar trio of Alex, Bets and Rae sitting in one of the pews and planted her bottom next to them, wearing a mysterious smile.

What a great life! What a fantastic day! What a fabulous ceremony!

Amethise had been watching curiously as more and more people entered the Abbey, many of them apparently with family or friends; she noted that Gawain had taken up his position at the altar, which seemed to indicate that the start of the ceremony might be imminent; she smiled as she saw Tahsa arrive, accompanied by a gentleman who looked familiar, although she was unsure whether she had actually met him. Feeling a tap on her shoulder, she turned in surprise to see what was amiss (on grand state occasions such as this, she had never yet quite overcome the sneaking suspicion that she might have inadvertently broken some arcane rule of etiquette, sat in someone's reserved seat, or committed any one of a number of other potential blunders!). Seeing Galrador beside her, she smiled warmly… then giggled in a most unladylike fashion as his words sank in.

"Ah, our Mercian dragon is fortunate indeed, in having not only one, but three doting mothers," she chuckled, "and we are all here today!" She slid along the pew slightly to make room. "Please do join me, I would be delighted to have some company," she smiled, "and I was hoping to have the opportunity to congratulate you on your groomsman role… it was excellent to see a well-known face up there in the wedding party!"

Edwardus
Edwardus nodded as Alfred explained Lady Eira's absence from the joining them in the crowd.

"Yea. Forgive me for asking."

Edwardus took a seat beside Miss Whittaker, who had taken a seat beside her brother. Alfred. He had thought that Miss Whittaker would certainly like to sit beside her brother. He listened as the two chatted about the tales that Alfred would be weaving at the dinner tonight. Dinner... He lets out a heavy sigh as he is reminded of it. Catching himself, he looked around hoping no one heard him. He turned his attention to Alfred and pretended the sigh did not come from him.

"I look forward to hearing your tales, Sir Alfred."

Spotting Anne in the crowd, Robin grinned, motioning her over. "Anne! Over here! He turned to introduce their sons, when his eyes caught sight of a splash of purple and a familiar crest. Turning quickly, the vice chancellor found a page, taking hold of his shoulder and speaking quickly and urgently. "Find the King. Tell him that Vice Chancellor Robin sent you to tell him that the King and Queen of Scotland are attending the coronation. Make sure to tell him that it's Queen Sheridan. This is important and he needs to know. No delays. Understood?"

As the page nodded and hurried off, Robin turned back to his family and Anne. "Sorry about that. Anne, these are our sons, Adam and Alex. Boss, this is Anne Solenn Wolback, Chambellan of Brittany, and the one who we met when we were stranded in Brittany."

Leading the group inside, the woodsman saw another familiar face. The Hungarian Ambassador seemed in awe at the large and ornate cathedral. "Lady Melodia? Why don't you come sit with us?" Looking at his family again, he induced everyone. "Lady Melodia, this is my wife, Llyres, our sons, Adam and Alex, and this is Brittany's Chambellan, Lady Anne Solenn Wolback. Everyone, this is the Hungarian Ambassador, Lady Melodia Pia Nissa."

Hello, old friend.
welcome to hold out here for a while, I'm not sure if we get to sit here or not but I take a chance that it will go well.
I suppose you both know my fiancée Lynx and cousin Nynane.

Vigfast bow slightly in the women's direction.
This will be at least as exciting as the day been so far.
Vigfast sits down and begins to study the Interior and the environment.
He sees among other Robbin with company come in and wave but ends quickly, it may not be properly in this kind of shrine.

Father Kiane should you not be with the rest of the Bishops?

Kiane looked up with a start at hearing his name. "Oh, no I don't hold that title any more, so if I may join you and your family I would be greatfull"

He noticed the young men Irish addressed and was take aback. He looked around for the young lad he had picked up, then chuckled. He shook his head; now that will be something they will all laugh over in the tavern when this was all over. He had been away a long time.

Kiane offered his arm to Lady Zywiec to escort her inside following the lead of the Dragon family.

Whilst his charges were making last minute preparations, our large friend steps just outside the side room in which that was taking place; and takes several long moments to have a good look around, and watch the flow of the crowd into the Abbey itself. Noticing Marshal Amerys nearby, our neighbor steps near that worthy, and murmurs They weel be along. Eventually. Once this bit is done, we may at least sneak a wee bite o' sommat tae eat. An' o' course therre is th' casks fae taste-testin'. I'll be in need of a braw Irish tae help, ye noo. Have tae make sure tis th' good stuff, na a buncha horse tinkle. Having spoken thusly, our young Captain lays a conspiratorial finger along side his nose, and almost grins. With that, our friend waits for their charges to indicate readiness, before moving into the main area of the Abbey for the rituals.

She grinned a bit more as Elsy and Rae and Pagan joined them, she scooted over just a bit as there was a bunch of squishing going on. Then there were the introductions to be made naturally. "Er, Elsy, Rae Rae, Pagan my dears... this be Zeke... he's my uhm... " She glanced about the place to see if this would be the best time, or if later would be, but figured now was as good a time as any as nobody would dare make an outburst in a church on Cullans coronation day right?... right....
"Well he's rather my husband." She figured quick and easy like, and also had to share that news with Ellie too. "Zeke dear, this be my friends Elsbet, Raella and Pagan, and you met Ellie.." She gave a laugh lightly as she pulled out a small flask with a wink the ladies. "Lets say we drink every time one of them folk up there scowls about something, or Cully, er the King, makes a growly voice eh?"

Matr
Mat struggled to keep the babies quiet. Well mostly just Anistasia, as Merlin was more behaved. Though he had been very vocal in pointing out his mother in the parade, feeling very proud of himself for declaring "ook Da Da, it Ma Ma!" Mat wasn't used to taking care of the children like this in such a public event. Normally his wife was there to help, or the nanny. Mat took Merlin off his shoulders and held the boy's hand as he toddled alongside him. He held little Ani in his other arm, while she babbled non stop about something she thought to be very important going on around them. He looked for a seat near friends and family, hoping to find something with a good view so that the children could both see the coronation of their grandfather.
