Time Turner: 2 PM (Saturday 2nd):
Procession up the Aisle.

Lavea
Everyone was in place, all was ready. In the distance she heard a church clock sound one. It was time for the procession to begin.

She readied herself, and nodded to Taarna.

As the music started they began to walk up the aisle.

The Abbey as ever was truly beautiful. An artwork to the people of England who'd built her.

Lavea walked forward, carrying the cloth of gold. They rounded a small alter, coming into the quire, and the great alter came into view.

Taarna
Ah, there was her cue. Nervously, Taarna cleared her throat and breathed in and out several times. She rubbed her hands together quickly, then smiled at the other singers.

"Now, let us do our best. This song is a very special one, written just for the King's procession down the aisle. We've been practicing it; we can do this. Just follow along with me and we shall do wonderfully! Let's honor our new King!"

As she saw the King start to walk down the aisle, she began to sing the Alleluia. Although the song started as a solo, the others joined in with her as the King and his Queen walked serenely down the aisle, followed by the rest of the attendants who would be participating in the Coronation ceremony.

Taarna was quite pleased to see that the song ended just as everyone seemed to be in their place. She closed her eyes, gave a sigh of relief, and then looked up. The King was looking at her, and seemed to be giving her a nod of approval. Bowing her head and smiling, she made her way quietly back to the Llewellynn family seats so that she could watch the Coronation ceremony.

Pagan
What a miserable life! What a wretched day!

The coronation ceremony had barely begun and already Pagan felt as if time was moving backwards. Her fine lunchtime glow had receded and left her mired in the mid-afternoon muck of low tide, having to face the cruelest hours of all - the Sahara Desert Death March between two o'clock and clocking out.

And yet! The salvation was so near at hand, only a scant hand gesture away! But she couldn't nip from a flask in a church, how could she? For she had been taught that in doing so, Jah would most certainly smite her dead in her seat! Or failing that, the grim individuals of the Royal Guard would gently, but firmly, escort her blasphemous arse out of the church premises!

But then she saw a flask materialized in Alex's hand and a great deal of doubt shook her. Surely Alex, being a native here (wasn't she?) knew better? If Alex could take a nip from a flask in a church without having to fear Jah's retribution, surely Pagan could do it too? Surely Jah couldn't smite them all down? Nor those grim looking Royal Guards?

On a second though, there was nothing Jah or the guards could do any worse than the torment she was facing already. Pagan made a quick decision.

"I think I hear people scowling already, cover for me as I tie my bootlaces together!"

With this mysterious comment Pagan ducked down between the pews to more or less discreetly imbibe about half of her flask contents.

Father Kiane should you not be with the rest of the Bishops?

Kiane looked up with a start at hearing his name. "Oh, no I don't hold that title any more, so if I may join you and your family I would be greatfull"

He noticed the young men Irish addressed and was take aback. He looked around for the young lad he had picked up, then chuckled. He shook his head; now that will be something they will all laugh over in the tavern when this was all over. He had been away a long time.

Kiane offered his arm to Lady Zywiec to escort her inside following the lead of the Dragon family.

Well of course you can sit with us. I just thought you were needed with the other bishops is all. Ok off we go.

Taking his place in line behind Zanlarrr, he waited as the Procession began to move up the aisle. He looked out and thought he saw his former Chieftain, the new King-Consort from Scotland arrived, with his bride, Queen Sheridan, Queen of Scots. As he prepared to walk, he wondered how things might have been different had Aqueron remained in Scotland as Chief instead of stepping down, so many years ago. He hoped that he might get a chance to speak with him during the festivities after.

She gave a snicker as she glanced around to make sure nobody was watching what Pagan was doing as the woman imbibed. Surely Jah wouldn't strike them down for making a long ceremony a bit.... more enjoyable. It's not like they were harming anyone. She gave a low clearing of her throat as the procession was coming closer, just to give Pagan a bit of a warning.

Lady Melanie guided them towards the Tudor family pew and it was indeed in a very good position. As they waited for the ceremony to begin, Applus noticed that Queen Sheridan and her husband also arrived. Applus whispered to lady Melanie,
My lady, it would seem Queen Sheridan and her husband have also come to attend the wedding. I am glad that they made it. I think it will send a strong message to our English friends, as both representatives from Galloway and Glasgow and the Queen have come to attend and pay their respects to the new English King. A good way to mutual friendship, wouldn't you say?

I noticed them, we Scots can't avoid being a bit noisy.

She giggled.

We will see how this benefits our relations, but I must admit, I'm afraid this will also weaken the relations with the irish part of the world. Don't you think? We will see what happens. I hope I can get to greet our King and Queen but not now since the ceremony is starting.

She smiled at him.

Angie....Mat and their Babies sitting...bless his heart she thought watching him take care of both Merlin and Baby Ani...She made her way over to where her family was....she quietly sat down beside them and pulled Merlin onto her lap and took Mat's hand and squeezed it as they watched her Daddy became the King.

As the page nodded and hurried off, Robin turned back to his family and Anne. "Sorry about that. Anne, these are our sons, Adam and Alex. Boss, this is Anne Solenn Wolback, Chambellan of Brittany, and the one who we met when we were stranded in Brittany."

Leading the group inside, the woodsman saw another familiar face. The Hungarian Ambassador seemed in awe at the large and ornate cathedral. "Lady Melodia? Why don't you come sit with us?" Looking at his family again, he induced everyone. "Lady Melodia, this is my wife, Llyres, our sons, Adam and Alex, and this is Brittany's Chambellan, Lady Anne Solenn Wolback. Everyone, this is the Hungarian Ambassador, Lady Melodia Pia Nissa."

Llyres was overjoyed to see Lady Anne and greeted her with a fond embrace. "We barely had time to visit at the Embassy Ball, maybe we can do better this time. I'd like to introduce you to Lady Revan Anne as well, wife of our Devon Count and a chancellor of the Devon Embassy." Robin had finished hailing a page and now brought over another lady. Llyres smiled as he introduced her so informally, that was his charm. The Devon Admiral curtsied as they were introduced, "Ambassador Nissa, it is a pleasure to meet you and this is Lady Revan Anne, will you all join us. The procession is about to begin."

Kalens
As those ahead of him moved, so too did Kalens. He was very careful with the crown but couldn't help but smile a bit hearing the lovely singing. He glanced to either side out of the corners of his eyes. He wondered what some of the peers were thinking... a technical commoner of royal blood carrying the crown. He almost chuckled at the ire it raised in some.

He saw Aqueron .. who looked a little older in the 10 years at least sine he last saw him and then realized with the simple, yet elegant regalia.. it was Queen Sheridan beside him.

As he progressed down the aisle he saw Miki and winked. It also seemed Melanie and Applus were comfortable and enjoying the grandest spectacle of pomp England had.

Whilst his charges were making last minute preparations, our large friend steps just outside the side room in which that was taking place; and takes several long moments to have a good look around, and watch the flow of the crowd into the Abbey itself. Noticing Marshal Amerys nearby, our neighbor steps near that worthy, and murmurs They weel be along. Eventually. Once this bit is done, we may at least sneak a wee bite o' sommat tae eat. An' o' course therre is th' casks fae taste-testin'. I'll be in need of a braw Irish tae help, ye noo. Have tae make sure tis th' good stuff, na a buncha horse tinkle. Having spoken thusly, our young Captain lays a conspiratorial finger along side his nose, and almost grins. With that, our friend waits for their charges to indicate readiness, before moving into the main area of the Abbey for the rituals.

She almost chuckled aloud at James' remarks, but stifled that and only nodded slightly, with a barely audible response. "Aye, I b'lieve I might join ye for a bit of that m'self, Captain."
These events always took a good while, but they seemed longer when one had to remain alert and aware of their surroundings the entire time. It was wearying.
The brief camaraderie had given Ame's spirits a little lift though and as she continued to wait she looked forward to the rest of the day.

Eira
Eira felt shivers running up and down her spine as Taarna's voice soared through the abbey, other voices joined her and the a tapestry of song filled the church. The abbey was made for great occasions, and those that built it had cleverly wrought a space that amplified the slightest sound. It felt as if the song filled the space and uplifted the heart.

Walking with carefully measured step, timed to those who walked before her, she proceeded up the aisle. Despite her avid curiosity, she resisted the desire to turn her head and gawp at the gathered throng. There would be time to see who attended and greet friends later, for now she concentrated on not stumbling, or dropping the ampulla.

He remained seated closely to Alex's side as his hand remained twined warmly to her own. He suddenly felt them squeezed down a wee bit as three other lasses came and joined them. He listened briefly recognizing their names from conversations he and Alex had presently had beforehand. His smile broadened against his face as he leaned forward a bit to give the lasses a brief nod. "Tis a pleasure to make ye ladies acquaintance.. I have heard nothing but high praise of ye all from this beautiful lass. Perhaps we can all share in a round later on and learn a wee bit more about another." He glanced to his wife with a eased gaze as he leaned forward to draw a lingering kiss against her temple as he settled back within his seat with her held to his side. He chuckled heartily as he caught glance of his love's flask being passed about as he slyly withdrew that of his own for a quickened swig,... No harm would be done in having a wee bit to pass the time here to what he assumed.. The flask remained within his grasp as he tapped it lightly against his knee as he focused on his beautiful wife and that of the proceeding ceremony and such occurring within that given time.

Hello, old friend.
welcome to hold out here for a while, I'm not sure if we get to sit here or not but I take a chance that it will go well.
I suppose you both know my fiancée Lynx and cousin Nynane.

Vigfast bow slightly in the women's direction.
This will be at least as exciting as the day been so far.
Vigfast sits down and begins to study the Interior and the environment.
He sees among other Robbin with company come in and wave but ends quickly, it may not be properly in this kind of shrine.

Yes that is have been exiting day. Yes i have meet your fiancée Lynx, congratulations, but i haven't meet earlier Nynane. Nice to meet you. I think life is here bit different than in dark north, where most of us just stay our cabins do our daily work, here its much more life around.
